Sound Bites Grill: A Culinary Mix of Music and Flavor in Sedona

We are a party of five that came in for dinner. They have live music every night that they are open. We were greeted with a smile by the hostess. We asked to be seated outside because it was colder inside. We took advantage of the lobster fest that is currently going on. I ordered the lobster nachos and a whole lobster that came with your choice of one side. At the end of our meal, we ordered the chef special dessert. It was coconut chocolate cream pie and a dessert on the menu, mango lime cheesecake. One thing about dining at Sound Bites is the spectacular view. Also, great service from Joe. He is very attentive and kept us informed when our order of food is arriving. A place to dine when you are in Sedona, AZ.

The vegetarian tacos are absolutely delicious. The chicken pot pie was gigantic! Hamburger amazing. Wonderful service, very friendly and nice. Great views, awesome place!

Sound Bites Grill offers some of the most scenic views of Sedona’s beautiful mountains, making it a fantastic spot to enjoy a drink and take in the stunning surroundings. However, when it comes to the dining experience, it fell a bit short of expectations. The food was average at best, and the service was on par with the food—just okay. We were disappointed when our entrees were served without any utensils at the table, leaving us to wait a short while before we could start eating. This oversight added to the overall feeling that the restaurant is more about the atmosphere than the dining experience. If you’re looking for a place with incredible views and a relaxing drink, Sound Bites Grill is definitely worth a visit. But if you’re seeking top-notch dining, this might not be the place for you.

Great view with really good food. You should make reservations in advance. The patio you can see the sunset. It says there was live music in some of the reviews I found but there was none while we were there.

One word…. DELICIOUS! The food was incredible. The service was fast, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere was breathtaking! I had the Fish and Chips with a small Caesar Salad. My wife had the Santana Burger. Everything was delicious and cooked perfect. Then we had dessert…. Crème Brûlée…. and Mango Lime Cheesecake. If you are in Uptown Sedona…. Check out the Sound Bites Grill. We highly recommend it.

The salmon was the absolute best I've had! (Quote from my wife). The New York strip was great and I enjoyed it thoroughly. The truffle Mac and Cheese was amazing! Jason was a great server amd we really appreciated his attentiveness!

What a nostalgic restaurant. Plenty of scenery from bands, singers and Jazz legends from the good old days. The food was very good as well! Each meal offered something unique and full of flavor. No one complained of anything while there. Even the alcoholic beverages were tasty! We truly enjoyed the saxophone player that was providing the entertainment that evening. Next time we’re in Sedona…. We will definitely return to this restaurant!

We arrived in town and were hungry. We stopped by with no expectations. The cocktails were fantastic. We had the garlic cheese bread and shrimp as appetizers. The shrimp were the largest I’ve seen and fresh. I had a Cesar salad and my husband had ribs. Both were spectacular. The manager told us they were under new ownership. I would definitely eat her again. Two thumbs up!!
